Modern Building Concepts Inc. was founded by Jason and Rian Van Roekel in 2010. It is a family owned and operated business in Fort Myers, Florida. Originally from Iowa, Jason relocated to Southwest Florida where he met his wife Rian. As they began their family, he continued to expand his knowledge of construction, contracting and interior design.
